If Night Crew isn’t right for you, you can have a full refund within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

Write to support@nightcrewapp.com and include the email address you bought with. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence stops working at its next licence check. Night Crew then goes back to manual keep-awake, and the battery and heat guards keep working.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. Your rights under local consumer law are not affected by this policy.
